Terms of Use
Effective 25 September 2026
These Terms of Use are an agreement between you and IronBit Games (“IronBit”, “we”, “us”). They apply to every game, app, website and online service we publish, including our games on Google Play and the App Store (together, the “Services”).
By downloading, installing, opening or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.
1Who can use the Services
You must be at least 13 years old, or the minimum age required in your country to consent to the use of online services, whichever is higher. If you are under the age of majority where you live, a parent or legal guardian must review and accept these Terms on your behalf and is responsible for your use of the Services, including any purchases.
2Your license
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, non-sublicensable and revocable license to use the Services for your own non-commercial entertainment, on devices you own or control, in line with these Terms and the rules of the store you downloaded them from.
Unless the law expressly allows it, you may not:
- copy, modify, translate or create derivative works of the Services;
- decompile, disassemble, reverse engineer or try to extract the source code of the Services;
- sell, rent, lease, sublicense or otherwise commercially exploit the Services or any part of them;
- remove or alter any copyright, trademark or other proprietary notice.
3Accounts and game progress
Your progress may be stored on your device, on our servers or through a platform account such as Google Play Games or Apple Game Center. You are responsible for keeping your device and accounts secure and for all activity that happens through them.
Progress stored only on your device may be lost if you delete the game, reset or change your device. We will make reasonable efforts to help, but we cannot guarantee that lost progress or items can be restored.
4Virtual items and purchases
The Services may let you obtain virtual currency, items, boosts or other digital content (“Virtual Items”), either through play or by paying real money.
- Virtual Items are licensed to you under these Terms, not sold. They have no monetary value outside the Services and cannot be exchanged for real money, goods or services, or transferred to another person or account, except where the Services explicitly offer this.
- We may manage, regulate, change or remove Virtual Items as part of running and balancing the game. When we do, we will act reasonably and take your interests into account.
- Payments are processed by the app store you use (for example Google Play or the App Store) under its own terms. Prices include any taxes the store is required to charge.
- Refunds are handled by the app store in line with its refund policy and applicable law. Please contact the store directly; we are not able to issue refunds for purchases processed by a store.
- If you are a consumer in the European Union, you have a right to withdraw from a purchase within 14 days. When you buy digital content that is delivered immediately, you expressly agree that delivery starts right away and you acknowledge that you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has begun.
- Subscriptions, if offered, renew automatically until cancelled. You can manage or cancel them in your app store account settings.
Parents can prevent unwanted purchases by enabling purchase approval or password protection in the app store settings of the device.
5Advertising
The Services may display advertising, including optional ads you can watch in exchange for in-game rewards. Ads are provided by third-party ad networks, and the advertisers are responsible for their content. Where the law requires it, we will ask for your consent before showing personalized ads, and you can change that choice later in the game settings.
6Fair play
We want the Services to be fair and enjoyable for everyone. When using them, you agree not to:
- use cheats, bots, automation software, hacks, mods or any unauthorized third-party software;
- exploit bugs or glitches to gain an advantage; please report them to us instead;
- interfere with, disrupt or try to gain unauthorized access to the Services, our servers or other players’ accounts;
- buy, sell or trade accounts or Virtual Items outside the Services;
- harass, threaten or impersonate others, or post content that is unlawful, hateful, sexually explicit or infringes anyone’s rights;
- use the Services for any unlawful purpose.
7Content you create
Some features may let you create content such as player names, messages or other material. You keep any rights you have in that content. You grant us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free license to host, store, display and use it for the purpose of operating, improving and promoting the Services. We may remove content that breaks these Terms.
8Our rights
The Services and everything in them, including software, graphics, characters, music, sound, text and trademarks such as the IronBit name and logo, belong to IronBit Games or our licensors and are protected by intellectual property laws. Apart from the license in section 2, no rights are granted to you.
9Updates and availability
We continually work on our games. We may release updates, change content or features, and require you to install an update to keep playing. Online features may occasionally be unavailable because of maintenance, outages or circumstances beyond our control.
We may stop offering a game or feature. Where we do, we will give reasonable advance notice in the game or on its store page. Unless the law requires otherwise, you will not be entitled to a refund for unused Virtual Items.
10Third-party services and app stores
The Services may include or link to services provided by third parties, such as app stores, platform accounts, analytics and advertising providers. Their use is subject to the third parties’ own terms and policies, and we are not responsible for them.
If you downloaded the Services from Apple’s App Store, you also acknowledge that these Terms are between you and IronBit Games only, not Apple; that Apple has no obligation to provide maintenance or support for the Services; that Apple is not responsible for addressing any claims relating to the Services; and that Apple and its subsidiaries are third-party beneficiaries of these Terms and may enforce them against you.
11Privacy
How we collect and use personal data is described in the privacy policy for each game, which is available in the game and on its store page.
12Suspension and termination
You may stop using the Services at any time by uninstalling them. We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if you seriously or repeatedly break these Terms, if the law requires us to, or to protect other players or the Services. Where appropriate, we will tell you why. Sections 4, 7, 8, 13, 14 and 16 continue to apply after termination.
13Disclaimer
To the extent permitted by law, the Services are provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, and we do not promise that they will be uninterrupted or free of errors. Nothing in these Terms affects the rights you have as a consumer under mandatory law, including the legal guarantee that digital content conforms to the contract.
14Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profits, or loss of data or game progress. Our total liability to you in connection with the Services is limited to the greater of the amount you paid for the Services in the 12 months before the claim arose and EUR 50.
Nothing in these Terms limits our liability for damage caused intentionally or through gross negligence, for death or personal injury, or any other liability that cannot be limited or excluded by law.
15Changes to these Terms
We may update these Terms from time to time, for example to reflect new features or changes in the law. The current version is always published on this page with its effective date. If a change is significant, we will let you know in the game before it takes effect. If you keep using the Services after the change takes effect, you accept the updated Terms.
16Governing law and disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic. If you are a consumer, you also keep the protection of the mandatory laws of the country where you live, and you may bring a claim in the courts of that country.
If you have a problem, please contact us first; most issues can be solved quickly. Consumers may also use out-of-court dispute resolution. The competent body in the Czech Republic is the Czech Trade Inspection Authority (adr.coi.cz).
